Guess with FIO Requests Game - Official Rules

1.1. The Guess with FIO Requests Game ("Game") is operated by FIO (BVI), Ltd ("FIO", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in the British Virgin Islands.

1.2. By participating in the Game, you ("Player", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Official Rules ("Rules").

1.3. FIO reserves the right to modify these Rules at any time without prior notice. Your continued participation in the Game constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

2.1. The Game is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

2.2. You must be at least 18 years old to participate.

2.3. You must have a valid FIO Handle to participate and receive prizes.

2.4. The Game is not available to residents of countries, states, or jurisdictions where such games are prohibited or where cryptocurrency transactions are restricted.

3.1. Prizes will be distributed in FIO Tokens as specified for each game.

3.2. No substitution or transfer of prizes is permitted.

4.1. Technical Issues:

• FIO is not responsible for technical issues, delays, or errors in the FIO Chain blockchain.
• FIO is not liable for any lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or undeliverable guesses.
• FIO assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, or failed communication.

4.2. Game Availability:

• FIO reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the Game at any time without notice.
• FIO may cancel, suspend, or modify the Game if it cannot be conducted as originally planned.

5.1. All decisions by FIO regarding game operation, winner determination, and prize distribution are final and binding.

5.2. These Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the British Virgin Islands.

6.1. By participating in the Game, you agree to release and hold harmless FIO, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Game or receipt or use of any prize.

6.2. IN NO EVENT WILL FIO BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE GAME.

6.3. FIO's total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Game will not exceed the value of the applicable game prize.
